On the 28th of February 2013, Enikő Vincze participated on the behalf of Foundation Desire on the session “The Citizen-Municipal
Interface – the Key to More Inclusive and Sustainable Urbanization”
organized within the Sustainable Development Network Week by the World Bank in Washington. As a delegate of the civil organizations from Cluj who were involved into the development of the strategy paper regarding participatory budgeting to be implemented by the Municipality of Cluj-Napoca, she participated on this session as a guest speaker besides the Mayors of Teresina from Brasil, of Cali from Columbia, and of Indjija from Serbia, and of the Chief of Staff of Boston Municipality and a representative of CityVox.
